After serving jail time, Cullotta joined the Witness Protection Program and years later teamed up with newly found friend: retired FBI Special Agent Dennis Arnoldy. The two collaborated, sharing their “inside” stories, and teamed up with Author Dennis Griffin (retired from N.Y. investigations and law enforcement and author of Policing Las Vegas and The Battle for Las Vegas – The Law vs the Mob) to pool resources as the three Tour Consultants for the “Vegas Mob Tour”.
